At Furify store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in offering quality products for you and your pets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened beauty, skincare, or health care products

Pet food, supplements, or edible treats

Gift cards or downloadable products

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider and then reach out to us at Furify for further assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us a message with photos and your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
